Wattle Park Chapel is an evangelical Church (Brethren) in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, based in Box Hill South. We are a church that is committed to excellence in Bible teaching and worship that honours Jesus Christ, our Lord and our God. As a fellowship of believers, we seek to follow Jesus Christ and obey his commandments, longing for the unveiling of his eternal Kingdom.
The chapel has a long history of faithful Christians serving the community and caring for those in need around us. We are also focusing on teaching and making disciples.
In addition to our Sunday service we host:
- mainly music for pre-school to year 4 kids every Tuesday commencing at 9.30am.
- an activity group for girls and boys from late primary school age to teenagers called ‘Great Night Out’.
- home group (Bible study) meets Tuesday evening during school terms.
- small groups for all ages that meet during the week.
- ladies Craft ‘cuppa and chat’ group meets at 9:30am on Friday mornings during school terms.
- seniors leisure group that meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month.
